The Moroccan Dirham is the official currency of the Republic of Morocco. The Lev is represented by the symbol лв. and by the abbreviation MAD. The currency is subdivided into 100 Stotinka. The banknotes and coins are issued by the Moroccon National Bank. The banknotes issued are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 leva and coins of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 stotinki, 1, 2 leva are issued by the Moroccon National Bank.
